Lately a lot of expats and young families moved in the area. Every Saturday there is a market on the Stadionplein and the Pure market will start as of March in the ‘ Amsterdamse Bos’. Across from the apartment is a supermarket and there is a deli, pastry shop and other specialty shops at the Boshuizenstraat, a 3 minute bike ride away.
