We offer nationwide online services. We offer three online packages and a variety of services. We can also take over the financial service for your house or apartment.
Renting out your own house is possible. You know your own apartment and neighborhood better than anyone else, and you can probably give an appealing tour of your apartment. But you might want to consider to outsource the contracts, screenings and perhaps other services to a professional rental agency. That’s why we offer online services to support people who prefer to rent out their apartment or home themselves.
The basic, medium and large package are solely online services, available nationwide. The basic package is availabe as of €350. If you prefer only an advertisement with the a.o. two biggest rental sites, Funda and Pararius we offer that for €300. If required you can add additional services, or create your own package with the services that we offer.
