As minimum requirement you need to acquire a basic advertisement or package, you can add all the below services on top. For example, if you only need us to take over a couple of viewings or if you would like us to screen your candidate. It’s all possible.

Basic Advertisement
This includes a basic listing on Pararius and the other popular rental websites. We will give advice on how to write an attractive advertisement. Before we list your advertisement we will go over your advertisement text with you once more. After your advertisement is listed you are allowed to revise it one time. We also have the option to do a professional photoshoot of your house or apartment.
You will receive a weekly overview of the statistics of Funda and we will forward you all candidates so that you can plan viewings. You are responsible for choosing a suitable candidate.
Fully Prepared Advertisement
This includes a listing on Pararius and the other popular rental websites. After visiting your house or apartment we will create a catchy advertisement text for it.

Standard Year lease contract
We offer a legal year lease contract with clear descriptions on what the lessee and lessor can expect during the rental period.
Tailer-made lease contract
If you prefer special conditions or would like to rent for a limited period, then we can prepare a custom lease contract for you that will best suit your requirements.
Screening
We cooperate with (international) authorities to do an extensive screening of your candidate. We will check the authenticity of the documents that were handed over, the international tracing lists, (historical) debts and financial strength of your candidate. The screening will significantly increase renting out your property safely.
Professional Pictures
If you do not have professional pictures of your residence, we can arrange a photoshoot for you. We have a nationwide network of professional photographers.
Utility Connections
We can connect the tenant to all private utilities as a service for free.
Rent Appraisal
We will gladly visit you so that we can do an appraisal of your rental fee gand give advise on whether you can add some (small) changes to optimise the rental fee.
Intermediate Check
You can choose to have an intermediate check during the rental period. We will visit your property to check on all the important issues with the tenant. We will send you a raport of our findings with pictures.
Check-in Report
Before the tenant moves in we will check the status of the house or apartment and inventory together with the tenant. We will make pictures and write a report of our findings signed by the tenant.
Check-out Report
At the end of the lease term we will check the status of the house or apartment in comparison with the beginning status, documented in the check-in report. If we see any inconsistencies or damage we will ask the tenant to replace, repair or refund the damage. We will make pictures and write a report signed by the tenant which will be handed over to the lessor. The check-out report can only be made in combination with the check-in report we made.
Viewings
We would gladly take over one of your viewings with a potential candidate. We will plan the viewing, professionally show the potential tenant around and inform him about the neighbourhood.
