Our XL packages are only available for properties in Amsterdam and its surroundings* All packages can be extended with our services.

Basic
This is an online package available for everyone in the Netherlands. It includes a basic listing on Pararius (30 pictures) and other rental websites. We will give advice on how to write an attractive advertisement. Before we list your advertisement we will go over your advertisement text with you once more. After your advertisement is listed you are allowed to revise it one time. We also have the option to do a professional photoshoot of your house or apartment.
We will forward you all candidates so you can plan viewings. When you found a suitable candidate we will provide you a standard year lease.
This package is mainly for people who have rented out their property before and will rent it out to someone they trust for 100%. If you have specific wishes concerning your contract or would like to do a screening, we would advise you to take a more extensive package or add extra services.
Medium
This is also an online package, available for the whole of the Netherlands. You will receive the basic package with an additional tailor-made contract and thorough screening of your candidate.
We recommend a custom made contract when you have special wishes or if you want to rent out your house/apartment for a limited time. Depending on your wishes we will create a legal contract that best suits your needs.
We highly recommend everybody to do a thorough screening. With this screening we can eliminate the majority of risks, enabling you to safely rent out your property. The screening will significantly increase renting out your property safely.
Large
This is an online package. On top of the services that are offered in the Medium package, we will take care of a professional photoshoot of your house or apartment. We will plan a professional photoshoot and if you want there is an option for us to write a catchy advertisement text. In addition we will give you advise how to let your accommodation stand-out in the photoshoot.
XL
If you would like a carefree rental process than we recommend this package. A residence is a valuable possession, both financially as well as emotionally. A professional rental agent has the knowledge and experience to find the correct candidate. This will increase renting your house in a safe manner.
We will take care of the full promotion of your residence. We will give you a realistic estimation on the rent fee and give you advice on what (small) changes can be made to optimize the rent fee. We will find a suitable candidate for your property, and if you agree to this candidate we will do a thorough screening and provide a custom-made lease. We will take care of the check-in and out of your lessee. We will even make sure there is a welcome basket for your new tenant, so that they feel welcome and at home when we hand over the keys.
