De Nieuwe Verhuurmakelaar offers financial administration for a carefree lease period. We will collect the rental fee and will take action upon late payments or rent default. We will also take care of the the yearly utility calculation and set-off. If preferred we also send out the yearly rent increase notice. For a commission of just 2,5% ex. VAT of the annual cost of rent, we will take care of the below services:
- Collecting the monthly rent fee
- Monitor late payments and rent defaults
- Send out reminders and/or notice of default in case of rent default
- If necessary we will hire a collection agency
- Taking care of the necessary correspondence between lessee and lessor
- Send out and set-off the annual rent increase, if indicated in lease
- Deposit safekeeping
- Administration and off-setting af services and service costs
- Making payments in accordance with the lessor
