We are Daan en Irene. After years of experience of renting out our own apartments in Amsterdam and Amstelveen through rental agents, we started our own agency. We think the current service and services of rental agents can be improved and done differently.

Renting out your apartment safely is one of the biggest concerns for landlords. Once you found a tenant that you feel comfortable with, we will do a thorough screening. We do our own checks and we work together with (international) institutions to check the authenticity of the documents as well as the information given by the candidate. This will eliminate a lot of risks, optimizing the safety of letting.

It is important to have clear communication on the expectations of the rental period for all parties involved. This will avoid a lot of concerns during the rental period.
